Our FIA Formula Three team profile

Similar to the British Formula Three Championship the FIA Formula Three European Championship is one of the first opportunities young drivers have to learn and experiment with aerodynamics and mechanical set up.

Along with experienced engineers guiding the drivers through every step this process the championship provides an invaluable start to a junior racing career all the while offering drivers a thorough understanding of the cars before moving on to a higher race category. It provides a fantastic stepping stone onward to the GP3, GP2 and IndyLights Series.

The FIA Formula Three European Championship visits a variety of high profile tracks, many of which are past or current Formula One venues, and features regularly on the same weekend programme as the highly esteemed DTM Championship as well as the World Touring Car Championship.

In 2015 and 2014 Carlin drivers finished second in the championship and took a good haul of wins, pole positions, fastest laps and podiums.

In 2016 Carlin claimed victory and third place in the prestigious Macau Grand Prix.

News of our full 2017 four car line-up will be announced soon.
