Rodin Carlin

“We bring professionalism, passion, a record of winning and team spirit to every project and championship which we are part of.

"We take this ethos to every level of motorsport from the most junior to the highest echelons of our sport.”

Our History

Rodin Carlin is one of the largest teams outside Formula 1 with race winning experience in a variety of championships.

The historic success of the team reaches across single-seater, GT3 and LMP2 categories including: British F3, Porsche Supercup, World Series by Nissan, Formula Renault 3.5, A1GP, FIA Formula 3 European Championship, GP3 Series. GP2 Series, FIA Formula 2 and European Le Mans Series.

Some of today’s most successful drivers have passed through the doors of Carlin, including racers in F1, IndyCar, WTCC and DTM.  Current F1 drivers such as  Lando Norris, George Russell, Kevin Magnussen and Carlos Sainz among others, add up to almost half of the current F1 field who are Carlin alumni.

The team became Rodin Carlin in early 2023 following investment from Australian businessman and entrepreneur David Dicker.  The move, which sees Rodin Cars become the majority shareholder of the front running British team, boosts the team’s performance ambitions on track and further strengthens the company’s business foundations.

Our Teams

Rodin Carlin competes in six different championships, throughout the junior single-seater ladder.

Today, based out of the team’s bespoke facility in Farnham, Surrey, Rodin Carlin compete in the F4 British Championship, Spanish F1, F1 Academy, GB3 Championship, the FIA Formula 3 Championship and FIA Formula 2 Championship.

Our Success

Rodin Carlin is one of the most successful racing teams in the world, taking over 470 victories in their history - with some of the greatest drivers to grace the sport.

At Rodin Carlin we pride ourselves on a reputation for winning races and helping drivers achieve their racing ambitions.

The Farnham based team  has been a force in junior motorsport since the team’s inception in 1999. Race programmes in championships such as F4, F3, F2, Indy Lights, INDYCAR, ELMS and Asian Le Man Series to name a few have seen the team claim over 470 race victories, 30 championship titles and helped promote over 30drivers to F1 during the team’s history.

Focusing on the FIA ladder of F4 British Championship, FIAF3 and FIA F2 along with the British GB3 Championship, Rodin Carlin will also expand in 2023 to incorporate F1 Academy and Spanish F4.
